Upon his arrival at the college, His Royal Highness the Deputy Minister of Defense was received by His Excellency the Chief of the General Staff, Lieutenant General Fayyad bin Hamed Al-Ruwaili, His Royal Highness Lieutenant General Turki bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Commander of the Royal Saudi Air Force, and the Acting Commander of King Faisal Air College, Major General Ali bin Mohammed Al-Hammad. The ceremony began with the playing of the Royal Anthem, followed by a recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, marking the commencement of the official graduation ceremony.

In his address during the ceremony, the Commandant of King Faisal Air College welcomed His Royal Highness the Deputy Minister of Defense, expressing his appreciation for his generous patronage, which reflects the wise leadership's concern for the members of the armed forces.
