The National Center for Meteorology forecasts moderate to thunderstorms across the Kingdom on Wednesday, leading to flash floods, accompanied by hail and strong winds that may stir up dust and sand, potentially reducing horizontal visibility to near zero in parts of the Northern Borders, Al-Jawf, Tabuk, Hail, Al-Qassim, Madinah, and Makkah regions.
Light to moderate rain is expected in parts of the Eastern Province, Riyadh, Al-Baha, Asir, Jazan, and Najran regions.

Surface winds: Southeasterly to southwesterly at a speed of 21-42 km/h, reaching more than 60 km/h with the formation of rain-bearing thunderclouds over the northern and central parts.
Wave height: from one to two meters, reaching more than 3 meters with the formation of rain-bearing thunderclouds over the northern and central parts.
Sea state: Light to moderate waves, becoming rough with the formation of rain-bearing thunderclouds over the northern and central parts.
Arabian Gulf
Surface winds: Northwesterly to northerly at a speed of 17-34 km/h.
Wave height: from half a meter to one and a half meters.
Sea state: Light to moderate waves.
