The Dutch Foreign Ministry announced on Tuesday that it had temporarily moved its embassy staff in Iran to Azerbaijan.

Similarly, Vienna requested on Saturday that it move its embassy from Tehran to Baku.
Denmark, for its part, ordered the temporary closure of its embassy in Iran due to the security situation, as announced by the Danish Foreign Minister on Tuesday.
Lars Løkke Rasmussen told the media that "the security situation is so bad that we cannot keep our embassy open.".
On Thursday, Italy also announced the closure of its embassy in Tehran and the transfer of its staff to Azerbaijan, noting that it “has not severed diplomatic relations” with Iran.

Embassies of countries in Tehran
In France, the government is currently ruling out the possibility of evacuating the French embassy, according to Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrault.
Spain evacuated its embassy in Tehran on Saturday and removed the remaining staff from its diplomatic mission in the Iranian capital, Spanish Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Alvarez announced.
Russia announced on Thursday the evacuation of women and children from its embassy in Iran, while the main part of its diplomatic staff remains in Tehran.
