The Board of Directors of Middle East Specialized Cables Company (MESC) decided today to restructure its subcommittees and add two new committees: the Investment Committee and the Governance, Risk, and Compliance Committee. According to the company's statement on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) website, the Audit Committee consists of Yasser Al-Rashid, Sulaiman Al-Namlah, and Ali Al-Ghamdi. The Executive Committee includes Yahya Al-Qunbait, Mohammed Al-Namlah, and Mohammed Al-Mutlaq. The Nominations and Remuneration Committee comprises Mohammed Al-Ajmi, Yahya Al-Qunbait, and Mohammed Al-Mutlaq.
