Applications will be accepted starting today, Sunday, and will continue until the 24th of Sha'ban, in accordance with precise regulatory mechanisms aimed at governing charitable work and ensuring that support reaches those who truly need it.

This step comes as part of the Kingdom's ongoing efforts to promote the principle of social solidarity and provide equal educational opportunities for all students, regardless of their economic circumstances. Categories excluded from support and eligibility mechanism
In order to regulate the disbursement process and prevent duplication, the institution identified three categories that were excluded from the eligibility lists for this year, namely:
- Students who receive other rewards: This includes students who receive monthly rewards from the Ministry of Education (such as students of memorization schools or special education) to ensure that there is no duplication of spending and to direct resources to those who have no income.
- Third-year high school students: Since the support is intended for the next academic year, in which these students will have graduated and moved on to university or the labor market.
- Students without official identification: A valid official identification issued by the competent authorities is required to complete the registration and financial verification procedures.
Registration mechanism and time deadlines
The foundation adopted a sophisticated technological system based on transparency and speed, requiring school administrations to accurately identify students in need within the allocated quotas. The mechanism relies on sending direct text messages to parents as soon as the school nominates a student. This highlights the importance of a rapid response, as parents are given a maximum of five days to complete the online application form. If there is no response, the school has the right to replace the student with another from the waiting lists to ensure the full utilization of the allocated seats.
Priority for the children of fallen soldiers
In recognition of the immense sacrifices made by the nation's heroes, the directives emphasized giving the highest priority in registration to the children of fallen soldiers. The institution affirmed that including this group does not affect the school's allocated quota nor is it subject to traditional financial need assessments; rather, it is a societal right and an acknowledgment of their fathers' sacrifice, reflecting the deeply rooted national values of caring for the families of martyrs.
Technical integration and data updates
The foundation explained that the electronic system is characterized by its intelligent data management, eliminating the need to re-enter data for previously enrolled students, as it is automatically transferred and updated. The system also provides an alert feature indicating whether a beneficiary has siblings in the same or other schools, which helps social research committees gain a comprehensive understanding of the family's economic situation, thus ensuring greater fairness in the distribution of aid.
