- Resume Payment: The beneficiary must log in to the platform and select the "Resume Payment" icon instead of submitting a new request.
- Do not delete the request: The platform warned against deleting the account or withdrawing the existing request, as this may lead to delays in procedures or retroactive loss of entitlement.
- IBAN verification: Make sure that the registered IBAN number is linked to the beneficiary's identity, and that the bank account is active and not frozen to avoid money transfer rejections.
- Filing a financial complaint: If the problem persists after implementing the previous steps, the beneficiary must file a financial complaint through the platform to have the case considered individually.
