Specialized medical company SMC Healthcare announced a new expansion with the opening and commencement of operations at its outpatient clinic in the Al Malqa district of Riyadh, effective today. This announcement culminates the company's efforts since signing the lease agreement for the center, located on Prince Mohammed bin Saad bin Abdulaziz Road in the northwestern part of the capital, an area experiencing rapid urban and population growth.
In an official statement published on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) website, the company explained that the opening followed the completion of all operational testing phases and the successful recruitment of qualified medical, nursing, technical, and administrative staff. The company confirmed that operations will commence gradually to ensure the highest quality standards and to accommodate the anticipated increase in patient numbers in the coming period.
Comprehensive medical services and advanced technologies
The new center offers a comprehensive healthcare system focused on patient comfort, featuring 35 clinics covering a wide range of subspecialties and general medicine. These include dentistry, endocrinology, pediatrics, orthopedics, otolaryngology (ENT), general surgery, ophthalmology, obstetrics and gynecology, dermatology, and physical therapy. These clinics are supported by a fully equipped, 24/7 emergency care center, furnished with state-of-the-art beds and resuscitation technology, and staffed by a team of leading emergency medicine specialists.
The center also features advanced diagnostic infrastructure, including a radiology department equipped with the latest imaging technologies and a fully equipped medical laboratory to ensure fast and accurate results. To provide a convenient experience for patients, the center has an on-site pharmacy stocked with all medications and medical supplies, as well as covered parking (both above and below ground) for approximately 100 vehicles.
