Announced Pakistan Six armed terrorists were killed during a security operation in Kohat district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province in the northwest of the country.
Pakistani police said in a statement today that the operation was carried out based on intelligence indicating the presence of armed elements in the area, where an exchange of fire broke out between security forces and the militants, resulting in the death of six of them.
The statement added that security forces confiscated a quantity of weapons that were in the possession of the militants, while continuing to carry out combing operations in the area to ensure that there are no other armed elements.
