The relevant authorities explained that the special service will begin at noon and continue uninterrupted until half an hour after the Tahajjud prayer. This well-considered measure aims to enable the largest possible number of worshippers and visitors to access the area with ease and convenience, and to effectively contribute to smoother traffic flow on the streets surrounding the central area during this blessed night, which typically sees peak traffic.
