This was followed by the "Automated Exchange of Memoranda" , which benefited nearly 137,000 individuals, enhancing the effectiveness of remote litigation and ensuring the smooth continuity of judicial proceedings. The "Digital Access to Issued Decisions" significant engagement, with over 141,000 users, reflecting a high level of transparency and the speed with which judgments are delivered to their rightful owners.
The services were not limited to basic procedures, but included specialized aspects such as the “Request to Change Legal Representative” , which served more than 8,000 beneficiaries, in addition to launching a special application for smartphones that exceeded a thousand users, in a step aimed at making judicial services accessible to everyone around the clock.
