His Highness the Minister of Foreign Affairs began his diplomatic activities by receiving a telephone call from the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Spain, José Manuel Álvarez. In a related development, Prince Faisal bin Farhan received a telephone call from the Turkish Foreign Minister, Hakan Fidan. During the call, they discussed at length the latest developments in the region and exchanged views on issues of common interest, reflecting the depth of political coordination between Riyadh and Ankara in addressing regional challenges.
