Strengthening bilateral relations between Riyadh and Vienna
In a move that underscores the deepening diplomatic ties between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Austria, His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs, received Her Excellency Beate Meinl-Reisinger, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Austria, today at the Ministry's headquarters in Riyadh. The meeting provided an important opportunity to discuss ways to strengthen and develop bilateral cooperation between the two friendly countries in various vital sectors.
During the meeting, a comprehensive review of existing cooperation was conducted, and new avenues for expanding it were explored, particularly in the economic, investment, and trade sectors, in line with the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, which seeks to diversify the economy and attract foreign investment. The two sides also discussed the importance of cultural and intellectual exchange to enhance mutual understanding between their peoples.
