The Board of Directors' decisions included the formation of the main committees that will handle oversight, governance, and implementation during the next term. The formation was as follows:
- Review Committee: Chaired by Dr. Khalid bin Saleh Al-Fadagh, and with the membership of Engineer Ahmed bin Ali Al-Khunaini, Professor Muhammad bin Khalifa Al-Arifi, and Engineer Yasser bin Abdullah Al-Dawood.
- Nominations and Rewards Committee: Chaired by Engineer Abdullah bin Ali Al-Zamil, and with the membership of Mr. Bakr bin Abdul Latif Al-Muhanna, Mr. Saleh bin Abdullah Al-Dabasi, and Ms. Yara bint Salim Anabtawi.
