Prince Faisal bin Bandar, the Governor of Riyadh, performed the funeral prayer at the Imam Turki bin Abdullah Mosque for Prince Bandar bin Abdullah and Princess Moudi bint Abdullah, in the presence of a group of princes.

Following the afternoon prayer today, His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh Region, performed the funeral prayer for the late Prince Bandar bin Abdullah Al Abdulrahman Al Saud and Princess Moudi bint Abdullah bin Fahd bin Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, may God have mercy on them, at the Imam Turki bin Abdullah Mosque in the center of the capital, Riyadh.

The Imam Turki bin Abdullah Mosque, known as the Grand Mosque, is one of the most prominent religious and historical landmarks in the city of Riyadh. It has traditionally hosted official prayers and funerals for princes, given its symbolic status and its connection to the history of the Saudi state, which gives the event a character of dignity and tranquility befitting the great loss.

The funeral prayer was attended by a notable number of dignitaries and princes, reflecting the deep-rooted family unity and cohesion that characterizes the noble royal family, and their commitment to fulfilling their religious and social duty of offering condolences to the bereaved families. Joining His Royal Highness the Governor of Riyadh in the prayer were His Royal Highness Prince Turki bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz, His Royal Highness Prince Turki bin Abdullah bin Abdulrahman, His Royal Highness Prince Khalid bin Musaed bin Abdulrahman, His Royal Highness Prince Mutaib bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, and His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Khalid bin Abdulaziz, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.

Also participating in the prayer were His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Nawaf bin Abdulaziz, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and His Royal Highness Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Special Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, along with a large number of Their Highnesses the Princes, including Prince Abdulrahman bin Fahd bin Faisal, Prince Faisal bin Abdullah bin Mohammed, Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Thunayan, Prince Nawaf bin Mohammed bin Abdullah, Prince Sultan bin Saud bin Abdullah, and Prince Ahmed bin Abdullah bin Abdulrahman.

Also arriving at the mosque to pay their respects were His Highness Prince Turki bin Mohammed bin Abdullah, His Royal Highness Lieutenant General Turki bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Commander of the Royal Saudi Air Force, His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Abdulaziz bin Sattam bin Abdulaziz, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and a large gathering of princes, officials and citizens who raised their hands in supplication to the Almighty, asking Him to have mercy on the deceased and grant them spacious gardens in Paradise.
