The warning covers the city of Najran and the governorates of Badr Al-Janoub, Thar, Habuna, Yadma, and Khubash, indicating that this weather phenomenon will have serious and immediate impacts.
According to the center's statement, the effects of this weather condition include near-total loss of horizontal visibility, potentially dropping below one kilometer. The condition has already begun and is expected to continue until 9:00 AM today, necessitating extreme caution from residents and drivers on the roads.
