The General Authority for Real Estate in Saudi Arabia announced the approaching deadline for the initial registration of over 148,432 properties in specific areas and neighborhoods of Riyadh and Hail. The Authority urged property owners in these areas to register their properties before the deadline of next Thursday to avoid fines and benefit from the advantages offered by the new system.

Upon registration, a property number and an updated title deed will be issued for each property unit, containing accurate data on its geographical location, description, and legal status, serving as a reliable basis for all future real estate transactions.
