The Qassim Health Cluster has officially announced the opening of applications for its on-the-job training program, "Tamheer," in collaboration with the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF). This initiative aims to provide high-quality training opportunities for Saudi graduates in a variety of health and administrative fields, contributing to the development of national talent and enhancing their readiness to enter the job market with high efficiency.

General context: The “Tamheer” program and its role in Vision 2030

The Tamheer program is a leading national initiative launched by the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) to support and empower young Saudi talent. Its primary goal is to bridge the gap between academic education and the actual demands of the labor market by equipping graduates with the practical experience and skills necessary to enhance their chances of securing suitable employment. This program aligns with broader efforts to achieve the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, specifically the human capital development program, which focuses on preparing globally competitive citizens.

The importance of the initiative for the health sector in Qassim

This announcement comes as part of the pivotal role played by the Qassim Health Cluster within the Kingdom's healthcare transformation. Health clusters are working to restructure medical services to enhance operational efficiency and improve the quality of care provided to beneficiaries. By attracting and training national talent through programs such as "Tamheer," the cluster aims to build a qualified workforce capable of keeping pace with developments and contributing effectively to achieving its strategic goals of serving the people of the Qassim region and supporting localization efforts in this vital sector.

The association explained that the available training opportunities include several vital career paths, with 15 training seats for each specialization, as follows:

Benefits and admission requirements of the program

To ensure that support is directed to those who deserve it, the group set a number of conditions for joining the program, most notably that the applicant be a Saudi citizen, and not be registered in the social insurance system or the civil service as an employee on the job, with the necessity that he has not previously benefited from the “Tamheer” program.
