Today, under the Kingdom's Vision 2030, these services are undergoing a qualitative transformation, integrating tradition with modern technology. The Vision aims to comprehensively enhance the experience of pilgrims, increase capacity, and provide a safe and accessible environment that allows visitors to fully focus on worship and spiritual tranquility. The Guest Service Centers are a practical embodiment of these objectives, operating 24/7 to provide immediate support and assistance to millions of worshippers and visitors annually.
What do guest service centers offer? A variety of services to meet all needs
These centers, located throughout the courtyards of the Prophet's Mosque, offer a wide range of services carefully designed to meet the needs of all groups, including the following:
- Safety and care: Providing safety bracelets for children and the elderly, which contain contact information, making it easier to find them if they get lost in the crowds.
- Assisting the lost: Providing specialized services to guide the lost and help them reach their destinations within the mosque or their places of residence.
- Technical support: Assisting visitors in using official government applications such as “Nusk” to book appointments to visit the Prophet’s Mosque, and the “Tawakkalna” application for digital services.
- Guidance and orientation: Responding to all visitors' inquiries and providing general guidance about the mosque's facilities, prayer times, and available services.
- Services for people with special needs: Loaning wheelchairs to the elderly and people with disabilities to facilitate their movement in the mosque courtyards. This service is especially available in centers 301 and 331.
- Religious guidance: There are guides available to answer legitimate questions and provide correct religious guidance to visitors.

To ensure easy access, the centers were strategically located around the Prophet's Mosque:
- North side: At doors 329, 331, and 339. (Centers 329 and 331 operate 24 hours a day).
- South side: At doors 301 and 307. (Center 301 operates 24 hours a day).
