The National Center for Meteorology specified the timing of this weather condition, indicating that it will begin - God willing - from one o'clock after midnight and continue until eight o'clock on Wednesday morning, which is the period in which temperatures reach their lowest levels, which enhances the chances of frost formation on roofs and in open areas.
