AC Milan secured a late 2-0 victory over Cremonese in matchday 27 of Serie A. Goals from Pavlovic and Leao lifted the team to 57 points, maintaining their second-place position.

AC Milan defeated their hosts Cremonese 2-0 in the match that brought them together as part of the 27th round of the Italian Football League.

The visitors waited until the final minutes of the match to break through the home team's defense, with Strahinja Pavlovic opening the scoring for Milan in the 89th minute.

Rafael Leao secured his team's victory by scoring the second goal in the fourth minute of stoppage time (90+4), sealing the result in favor of the Rossoneri.

With this result, Milan raised its tally to 57 points, maintaining its position in second place in the standings, 10 points behind the leader Inter Milan.

In contrast, Cremonese were unable to improve their position, as their tally remained frozen at 24 points, continuing in seventeenth place in the Serie A standings.
