Riyadh is preparing to host the third edition of the “Made in Saudi Arabia” , the Kingdom’s premier industrial event, which will take place from December 15 to 17, 2025, at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center in Malham. The exhibition is being held under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Export Development Authority, Mr. Bandar bin Ibrahim Al-Khorayef, underscoring the government’s strong support for the industrial sector.
Historical background and strategic context
The “Made in Saudi Arabia” exhibition is a key initiative of the “Made in Saudi Arabia” program, launched by the Saudi Export Development Authority (“Saudi Exports”) in March 2021. The program primarily aims to support national products and services and enhance their position in local and global markets. It represents a fundamental pillar for achieving the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 , specifically those related to diversifying the economic base and increasing the contribution of the private and industrial sectors to non-oil GDP. The exhibition serves as a vital platform, bringing together manufacturers, investors, and buyers under one roof to promote national industry and create new opportunities.
The importance of the event and its expected impact
The third edition of the exhibition carries the slogan “Creating Empowerment,” reflecting the Kingdom’s strategic direction towards empowering national industries, providing the necessary resources for their growth, and stimulating investment in promising industrial sectors. The event is expected to have a multi-dimensional impact
- Locally, the exhibition contributes to raising awareness of the quality and competitiveness of Saudi products, thereby boosting local consumer confidence and supporting national companies. It also provides a platform for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to showcase their products and expand their business networks.
- Regionally and internationally, the exhibition reinforces the Kingdom's position as a leading industrial power and regional logistics hub. By attracting over 250 potential international buyers, the exhibition opens new horizons for exporting Saudi products to global markets, thus supporting the Kingdom's trade balance.
Expansion and ambitions of the third edition
Building on the resounding success of the previous edition, which attracted over 72,000 visitors and saw the signing of more than 60 agreements and memoranda of understanding, this year's event aims to achieve even greater results. It is expected to feature over 500 leading Saudi companies, 25 specialized workshops, 10 insightful panel discussions, the participation of 10 export houses, and more than 10 accompanying events. These activities are designed to provide visitors with the opportunity to discover the latest innovations and technologies in Saudi industry and to forge strategic partnerships that foster sustainable growth and support the commercial expansion of Saudi companies.
