He praised their cooperation in serving the pilgrims, addressing the situations of stranded pilgrims, and facilitating their safe return home. The importance of continuously updating pilgrim departure data via the “Nusk Masar” platform and ensuring their smooth flow to airports according to precisely scheduled times was also emphasized.

To ensure the smooth operation of the process, the Ministry announced crucial deadlines: the first of Shawwal will be the last day for issuing Umrah visas, while the fifteenth of Shawwal will be the last day for Umrah pilgrims to enter the Kingdom. The latest date for Umrah pilgrims to depart and remain in the Kingdom will be the first of Dhu al-Qi'dah, thus clearing Mecca for the Hajj pilgrims.
