Yesterday, in the Al-Qarara area in the southern Gaza Strip, comprehensive food baskets were distributed to thousands of displaced people suffering from harsh living conditions due to the ongoing aggression.
This aid comes as part of the Saudi popular campaign to provide relief to the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip. Field teams from the Saudi Center for Culture and Heritage – the implementing partner of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center in the Strip – oversaw the distribution process. The operation was carried out according to a precise and organized mechanism to ensure that the aid reached those who needed it most, with a particular focus on the most vulnerable and affected groups, including women, children, the elderly, and the sick.

This aid is of paramount strategic and humanitarian importance, especially given international reports warning of worsening food insecurity in the Gaza Strip. The urgent Saudi intervention will help bridge the food gap and provide basic necessities for families who have lost their homes and livelihoods. - Operating 8 giant ships .
- More than 7,706 tons of food, medical and shelter supplies were transported.
- 914 Saudi relief entered
- 20 fully equipped ambulances delivered to the Palestinian Red Crescent Society.

In overcoming logistical challenges and border closures, the Kingdom pursued multiple avenues to ensure aid delivery, including conducting targeted airdrops of food supplies in partnership with the Jordanian Armed Forces. The Center also signed strategic agreements with UN and international organizations to implement relief projects within the Gaza Strip, valued at over $90.35 million , reflecting the Kingdom's unwavering commitment to supporting the Palestinian cause both humanely and politically in various forums.
