Supporting displaced families in Aleppo
Yesterday, the center distributed 250 complete food baskets to displaced families in Aleppo Governorate, Syria. These aid packages benefited 250 families living in difficult humanitarian conditions, as part of the Saudi food aid distribution project for the brotherly Syrian people.
This aid is of paramount importance given the harsh living conditions suffered by displaced people in northern Syria, as these initiatives aim to alleviate the suffering of searching for food and provide food security for the most needy groups, reflecting the Kingdom’s firm commitment to standing by the Syrian people in their ongoing ordeal of years.

In a related context, and within the framework of emergency food interventions in the Republic of Yemen, the King Salman Relief Center continued to implement large-scale distribution operations that included more than 27,000 food baskets in the districts of Wadi and Sahara in Hadramawt Governorate.
This step is part of a comprehensive and organized humanitarian plan aimed at reaching 190,400 individuals from the most affected families. The center's field teams operate according to precise mechanisms to ensure that aid reaches those who truly need it, thus contributing to bridging the food gap affecting many Yemeni regions as a result of the current economic and humanitarian crisis.
