Al-Nassr coach Jesus decided to give the players a day off on Sunday after the postponement of the Al-Wasl match, and following the victory over Al-Fayha and the top spot in the Roshan League with 61 points.

Al-Nassr's Portuguese coach, Jorge Jesus, decided to give the first-team players a day off from group training on Sunday. This decision came after the postponement of their scheduled match against Al-Wasl of the UAE in the AFC Champions League.

The coaching staff's decision to give the players a rest comes after the team's tough match against Al-Fayha on Saturday evening. Al-Nassr secured a 3-1 victory in that game, which was part of the 24th round of the Saudi Professional League.

The recent victory helped Al-Nassr secure sole possession of the top spot in the domestic league standings. The Portuguese coach aims to give the players a chance to recover before resuming preparations for upcoming league matches, taking advantage of the fact that the Asian Champions League fixture was not played on its original date.

The team is scheduled to begin preparations for their upcoming match against Neom. The game will take place at 10:00 PM next Saturday, as part of the 25th round of the Roshan League, where the team will be looking to continue their winning streak.

Al-Nassr enters the highly anticipated match sitting atop the league table with 61 points from their previous games. Meanwhile, Neom occupies eighth place with 32 points before the start of the next round.
