A total of 6,993 health certificates were issued and renewed for workers in food and healthcare establishments. Simultaneously, the municipality's laboratories department tested 7,448 food samples to ensure compliance with standards and their freedom from contaminants, as part of its ongoing field campaigns aimed at protecting the health of residents and visitors.
These efforts are part of the broader “Ejadah” program, a national initiative aimed at enhancing the efficiency of municipal operations and improving the quality of services provided to citizens and residents. The intensive inspection tours covered health and food establishments across 11 sub-municipalities, encompassing the entire governorate.
