Ms. Ikram Al-Harbi, Director General of Governance, Risk, and Compliance at the Municipality, explained that the platform provides an integrated digital system for identifying, analyzing, managing, and monitoring risks. It also offers proactive indicators that contribute to predicting risks before they occur, thereby enhancing performance efficiency, raising the level of preparedness, and improving the quality of municipal services.
