Al-Hazm coach Jalal Qadri stressed the difficulty of winning against Al-Riyadh in the Roshan League, praising the opponent's organization, and demanding that the club's management make new signings in the winter transfer window.

Tunisian Jalal Qadri , the technical director of the first football team of Al-Hazm Club, expressed his great happiness and pride in the manly performance presented by his players during the difficult match against Al-Riyadh Club, which ended with a valuable victory for Al-Hazm by two goals to one, within the competitions of the twelfth round of the Saudi Professional League .

At the post-match press conference held at Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium (Al-Malaz), Qadri provided a detailed technical analysis of the game, emphasizing that securing the three points was no easy feat. Qadri stated, "We faced a very tough and well-organized opponent; Al-Riyadh possesses exceptional players both technically and tactically. They successfully imposed their control on the game from the outset, putting significant pressure on our defense across the board.".

The veteran Tunisian coach added: "Despite the opponent's strong start, thanks to our high concentration and fighting spirit, we managed to regain the initiative and score two decisive goals that secured the result of the match for us, which reflects the team's maturity and its ability to come back in difficult times.".

Urgent need for winter reinforcements

On another note, Qadri didn't neglect to discuss the team's future and its technical needs to ensure it remains competitive and avoids relegation. He explained, "The team urgently needs quality reinforcements during the winter transfer . There are specific positions that require fresh blood to raise the team's quality, and I will be holding intensive meetings with the board of directors in the coming days to finalize the signings and address the team's technical requirements."

Competition context of the Roshan League

Qadri's statements come at a time when the Saudi league is witnessing tremendous development and an unprecedented qualitative leap, with the technical gap between teams gradually shrinking thanks to international recruitment and high-level organization. Matches for mid-table teams and those fighting relegation are considered "cup finals," where every point is crucial in the battle to remain in the top flight.

Al-Hazm is relying on the experience of Jalal Kadri, who previously coached the Tunisian national team at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, to make the best possible use of the available players, while awaiting the winter transfer window to make the desired additions. This victory is a huge morale boost for "Al-Hazm Al-Sumoud" (Al-Hazm's nickname), as it contributes to improving the team's position in the standings and gives the coaching staff a period of calm to work on correcting mistakes before the resumption of the upcoming rounds of the competition.
