Debt Management closes March sukuk offering with a total of SAR 15.43 billion

The National Debt Management Center announced today, Tuesday, the completion of receiving investor applications for the March 2026 local issuance under the Saudi Arabian government's SAR-denominated Sukuk program. The total allocation was set at SAR 15.436 billion. According to the center's statement, the issuance was divided into six tranches as follows: Tranche 1: SAR 1.154 billion for Sukuk maturing in 2029; Tranche 2: SAR 11 million for Sukuk maturing in 2031; Tranche 3: SAR 365 million for Sukuk maturing in 2033; Tranche 4: SAR 3.452 billion for Sukuk maturing in 2036; and Tranche 5.400 billion for Sukuk
Announced National Debt Management CenterToday, Tuesday, marks the end of receiving investor applications for the local issuance for March 2026, within the framework of the Saudi Arabian government's sukuk program Saudi Arabia In Saudi Riyals, where the total allocation size was set at an amount of 15.436 billion Riyals.

According to the statement issued by the center, the releases were divided into 6 segments as follows:

The first tranche amounted to SAR 1.154 billion for sukuk maturing in 2029.
The second tranche amounted to SAR 11 million for sukuk maturing in 2031.
SAR 365 million for sukuk maturing in 2033.
The fourth tranche amounted to SAR 3.452 billion for sukuk maturing in 2036.
The fifth tranche amounted to SAR 5.400 billion for sukuk maturing in 2039.
The sixth tranche amounted to SAR 5.054 billion for sukuk maturing in 2041.
