Dallah Healthcare announces the completion of its acquisition of all shares of Kingdom Hospital, in a strategic move that aligns with Vision 2030 to enhance the healthcare sector and serve 4 million patients.

Dallah Healthcare Company officially announced the completion of all procedures for the full acquisition of Dar Al-Raya Holding Company, owner of Kingdom Hospital and Consulting Clinics, after fulfilling all regulatory requirements and contractual terms previously agreed upon by the concerned parties. The transfer of share ownership from Masar Al-Numu Investment Company to Dallah Healthcare Company was officially documented in the shareholders' register, coinciding with the payment of the agreed-upon cash consideration, thus concluding a significant chapter in the company's investment expansion.

In detail, Dallah Healthcare had signed an agreement to purchase the remaining stake held by Masar Al-Numu Company in Dar Al-Raya Company, amounting to 5,170,370 shares, representing 41.36% of the capital. With the completion of this transaction, Dallah Healthcare's ownership increased from 58.64% to 100% of the acquired company's capital, granting it full control and the ability to consolidate operational and administrative processes.

This acquisition is particularly significant given the Kingdom Hospital's prominent position in northern Riyadh, where it currently boasts 180 beds and is considered a leading medical institution. This move aligns perfectly with Dallah's expansion strategy, which aims to strengthen its geographic presence in Riyadh and across the Kingdom, enabling it to provide comprehensive and integrated medical services to a wider range of beneficiaries.

In the economic and national context, this merger represents a prime example of the development of the healthcare sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It contributes to increased operational efficiency and improved service quality, directly supporting the goals of Vision 2030 and the Health Sector Transformation Program. By creating strong healthcare entities, competitiveness is enhanced, and standards of quality and patient safety are raised, positively impacting the quality of life for citizens and residents.

It is worth noting that Dallah Healthcare is a cornerstone of the Kingdom's private healthcare sector, serving over four million patients annually through its extensive network of hospitals, specialized clinics, and home healthcare services. This acquisition reflects the company's ongoing commitment to growth and its dedication to leveraging its financial and administrative capabilities to attract top medical talent and provide cutting-edge treatment technologies, further solidifying its position as a leading provider of trusted healthcare in the region.
