Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman sent cables of thanks to the King and Crown Prince of Bahrain upon his departure from Manama after leading the Kingdom’s delegation to the 46th Gulf Summit and the Coordination Council meeting.

His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, left the Bahraini capital, Manama, after His Highness headed the Kingdom’s delegation participating in the work of the (46) session of the Supreme Council of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, and held the fourth meeting of the Saudi-Bahraini Coordination Council.

Upon his departure, His Royal Highness the Crown Prince sent a cable of thanks to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the Kingdom of Bahrain, expressing his gratitude for the warm welcome and generous hospitality. His Royal Highness commended the positive outcomes achieved during the Gulf Cooperation Council summit chaired by King Hamad, affirming that the joint discussions within the framework of the Saudi-Bahraini Coordination Council will contribute to further strengthening relations between the two brotherly countries in all fields.

Text of the Crown Prince's telegram to the King of Bahrain

The telegram read: "His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the Kingdom of Bahrain, may God protect him... Peace, mercy and blessings of God be upon you: As I depart your brotherly country, I am pleased to express to Your Majesty my deepest thanks and gratitude for the warm welcome and generous hospitality extended to me and the accompanying delegation. Your Majesty, I would like to commend the positive results achieved at the 46th session of the Supreme Council of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, chaired by Your Majesty. The joint discussions held within the framework of the Saudi-Bahraini Coordination Council also affirmed the commitment to further strengthening relations between our two brotherly countries in all fields, under the leadership of my master, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and Your Majesty.".

A telegram of thanks to the Crown Prince of Bahrain

His Highness the Crown Prince also sent a similar cable to His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain, congratulating him on Bahrain’s successful hosting of the Gulf Summit, and praising the outcomes of the fourth meeting of the Saudi-Bahraini Coordination Council, which confirms the shared desire to deepen cooperation.

The text reads: “I congratulate Your Highness on the success of the Kingdom of Bahrain in hosting the (46) session of the Supreme Council of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf and on the positive results achieved during your brotherly country’s presidency of its work. I would like to commend the results we reached during the fourth meeting of the Saudi-Bahraini Coordination Council, which confirms the desire to deepen cooperation and strengthen relations in all fields for the benefit of the two countries and the two brotherly peoples.”.
