The Ministry seized conclusive physical evidence confirming his exercise of the powers of the actual owner. This evidence included his procurement of goods, payment of rent, payment of employee salaries, collection and possession of business revenues, and transfer of these funds outside the Kingdom. This constitutes a clear violation of applicable regulations that prohibit non-Saudis from working for themselves or enabling Saudis to allow non-Saudis to conduct business activities in their name.
