Al-Qadsia's Irish manager, Brendan Rodgers, stated that his team will approach their upcoming Roshan League match against Al-Ahli with an attacking style, rather than solely relying on defense. Speaking at Wednesday's pre-match press conference, Rodgers added, "We respect all our opponents, whether it's Al-Ahli or any other team. We will continue our attacking approach, just as we do in every other match." He continued, "Everyone is fully prepared. We have two important training sessions that we haven't yet conducted, and we have several key players available. The responsibility doesn't rest solely on the strikers." Rodgers concluded, "When you attack, you must protect the spaces behind the ball. We need to cover those spaces, and if you fail to do so against any opponent, you will pay the price. We are looking to create problems for them."
