With this win, "Bani Qadis" (Al-Qadisiyah) concluded a historic season with a perfect record, confirming their strong return to the Premier League.
An exceptional season and a perfect record
Al-Qadisiyah's title win was more than just a championship victory; it was a clear declaration of their complete dominance throughout the tournament. The team achieved a remarkable feat by winning all 18 of their matches, without suffering a single loss or draw, accumulating 36 points. This perfect record reflects the immense effort put in by the entire organization – from the coaching staff and management to the players – and embodies the technical stability, tactical discipline, and high level of physical fitness that characterized them throughout the season. The team officially secured promotion several rounds before the end of the league.
Return to normal
The return of Al-Qadisiyah, the historic club founded in 1967 in Al-Khobar, to the top flight is a revival of past glories and adds a new competitive dimension to the Premier League. The Eastern Province is a major stronghold of Saudi handball, and the presence of a team of Al-Qadisiyah's stature and popularity among the elite will undoubtedly intensify the competition, especially against traditional powerhouses like Mudhar and Al-Noor. This promotion represents the culmination of the club's management efforts to rebuild its various sports teams and restore them to their rightful place befitting their history.
Challenges and ambitions in the top league
Promotion to the Premier Handball League is not the end goal, but rather the beginning of a greater challenge. Next season, Al-Qadisiyah will face the elite clubs of Saudi Arabia, requiring special preparations on both the technical and financial levels. Competing in the top league necessitates strengthening the team with distinguished local and international players capable of keeping pace with the high level of play and delivering the performance that the club's fans aspire to. This season will be a true test of the team's ability to establish itself and compete for top positions.
A managerial vision for a promising future
In this context, Adel Falatah, the director of team sports at Al-Qadisiyah Club, affirmed that this achievement is the fruit of integrated institutional work and unlimited support from the club's management. Falatah said, “Our promotion to the Premier League is not the end, but rather the beginning of a new phase. Al-Qadisiyah will be a strong competitor and rival next season, embodying the club's motto, 'Ambition Without Limits,' and we will strive to perform in a manner befitting the club's history and its fans.” He indicated that the management will continue to support the team and provide all the necessary resources to strengthen its ranks, and the club is expected to be active in the transfer market in preparation for the upcoming season to ensure continued success and strong competition in the top league.
