The center explained that this weather condition will begin in the early hours of Tuesday morning, specifically at 1:00 AM, and is expected to continue until 10:00 AM. The rain will be accompanied by active winds that may stir up dust and reduce horizontal visibility, with the possibility of thunderstorms. Residents, especially drivers on highways, are advised to take precautions.
