The Saudi Ceramic Pipes Company announced that its subsidiary received a purchase order worth 5.6 million riyals to supply concrete pipes for the sewage project in Sakaka.

The Saudi Ceramic Pipes Company (Al-Fakhariya) announced in an official statement on the Saudi Stock Exchange website “Tadawul”, a significant development in the business of its subsidiaries, as “Saudi Land Factory” (wholly owned by Al-Fakhariya) received a new purchase order from Al-Sabq Al-Arabi Trading and Contracting Company.

The company explained in its detailed statement that the purchase order is valued at SAR 5.6 million, and the contract aims to supply concrete pipes for the sewage network project in Sakaka, Al-Jawf region. The company indicated that the contract duration is one year, reflecting the continuity of the company's operational cash flow in the coming period.

Details of the financial impact and timeline

Regarding the financial outlook, Al-Fakhariya stated that the financial impact of this contract is expected to begin to be reflected in the company's financial statements starting from the first quarter of 2026. This announcement reinforces the portfolio of projects managed by the company and its subsidiaries, and confirms its ability to compete in the basic infrastructure materials supply sector.

Strengthening infrastructure within the framework of the Kingdom's Vision 2030

This project comes in the context of the great development movement that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is witnessing, as the government pays great attention to developing the infrastructure and water and sewage networks in various regions, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. Sewage projects are a fundamental pillar in the national water strategy, which aims to raise the rates of coverage of environmental services and improve the quality of life for residents in cities and governorates.

National listed companies, such as “Al-Fakhariya”, play a pivotal role in implementing these projects by providing the necessary products of high-quality ceramic and concrete pipes, which contributes to enhancing local content and supporting the national industry.

The importance of the project for the Al-Jawf region

This project is of particular importance given its location in Sakaka, the administrative center of the Al-Jawf region. The region is experiencing a construction boom and expansion of residential developments, necessitating the expansion and modernization of infrastructure networks to accommodate the increasing population and urban growth. Completing the sanitation projects is a crucial step for preserving the environment and public health, as well as supporting economic development in the northern region of the Kingdom.

Through its subsidiary "Saudi Land Factory", "Al-Fakhariya" confirms its strategy of diversifying income sources and not relying solely on ceramic pipes, but expanding into concrete pipe products to meet all the needs of major infrastructure projects.
