Activating a number of volunteer opportunities to serve female visitors at the Prophet's Mosque

The General Presidency for Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque in Mecca and the Prophet's Mosque in Medina activated several volunteer opportunities for women at the Prophet's Mosque during Ramadan. These initiatives aim to enhance women's participation in volunteer work and to serve female visitors to the Prophet's Mosque. The programs of the Women's Affairs Agency, in cooperation with the Presidency's Agency for Enrichment and Volunteer Affairs, include organizing prayer rows, providing guidance and direction, explaining the interactive screens and how to use them, designing awareness infographics, offering multilingual guidance, and surveying visitors' feedback on the services provided. These programs aim to promote a culture of volunteerism and empower women's community participation in serving female visitors to the Prophet's Mosque.

Women's volunteer opportunities at the Prophet's Mosque

Volunteer opportunities included organizing the rows, guidance and counseling, introducing interactive screens and how to use them, designing awareness infographics, providing guidance in several languages, in addition to surveying visitors' opinions about the services provided.

These programs aim to promote a culture of volunteer work and to enable women’s community participation in serving female visitors to the Prophet’s Mosque.
