Al-Qadisiyah Club announced that its player Waleed Al-Ahmad underwent successful surgery on his cruciate ligament on Thursday.
Al-Qadisiyah Club indicated, through an official statement, that the player’s medical condition is stable according to the monitoring of the medical staff.
The 26-year-old player played six matches for Al-Qadisiyah, during which he scored one goal and made another assist.
Al-Qadisiyah Club had previously announced that the medical examinations that the player underwent proved that he had suffered a torn cruciate ligament.
The duration of the player's absence and the date of his return to participation will be determined according to the treatment and rehabilitation program that he will undergo under the supervision of the medical staff.
